Enrollment

 

After you apply, we'll introduce ourselves and schedule a video interview. ​​​​​Be prepared to tell us your favorite foods, why you love cooking or why you want to develop your cooking abilities, and how you hope to grow from this experience. This is not a job interview - we are excited and happy to learn about who you are!​

Once we have a great conversation, we'll offer you a spot in the program and send you enrollment papers. In order to hold your spot, you will need to pay 50% of your program cost. Once you submit your paperwork, we'll update you along the way with tips and assist with booking flights. We'll also send a list of recommended shows, books, and movies to watch to get excited as we get closer to the trip, and we'll give you some details of spots we visit so you can plan ahead. Within the month before the trip starts, we'll connect the group online so you can meet each other and get excited! Before you leave, we'll arrange one last call so we can talk through nerves, get excited, and share ideas and tips for packing.

When you arrive, your program leader(s) will meet you at the airport and take you to our accommodation. During the program we'll share regular updates and photos on social media for family and friends to follow along. We'll have an amazing time and before you know it, you'll be back home telling your loved ones about your experience!
